What Types of Renewable Energy Exist and What Role Do They Play in Society?
Since June 1, 2021, domestic access tariffs have been unified into a single tariff: the 2.0 TD tariff.
With the evolution of smart grids and the integration of IoT devices in the home, the 2.0 TD tariff offers flexibility and control, allowing you to manage consumption through real-time monitoring applications and systems.
The 2.0 TD access tariff is a modality that simplifies the access regime to the electrical grid for domestic consumption.
This tariff offers two capacity periods and three consumption periods (off-peak, peak, and valley) that remain constant throughout the year. Thanks to its structure, this tariff allows you to optimize your energy expenditure by adjusting it to your daily habits.
The 2.0 TD tariff is structured into consumption and capacity periods, allowing you to manage both the fixed and variable parts of your bill. It is important to understand that your bill will always show two concepts:
The current timings for capacities below 15 kW in the Peninsula, Canary Islands, and Balearic Islands (2.0 TD tariff) are:
In detail, the three consumption periods that make up the structure of the 2.0 TD tariff are:
In the 2.0 TD access tariff, you have the possibility to contract two capacity terms to adapt them to your daily needs:

Yes, with the 2.0 TD access tariff, it is possible to contract two different electrical capacities. This option allows you to assign a capacity term for the peak-off-peak period and another for the valley period, adjusting your consumption and adapting your capacity to different times of the day.
Remember that through the i-DE Private Area, you can access all the data from your meter. If your contracted capacity does not meet your consumption needs, you can request a modification directly from your retailer.
