To request a breakdown certificate, you need to fill out this form. Have the CUPS code and the DNI of the contract holder ready as we will ask for it to identify your supply point.

If you wish to review or change your contracted capacity, you can do so from the online procedures section of your Private Area.
With i-DE, you can manage various procedures online, such as checking your electricity consumption, submitting meter readings, reporting incidents, requesting supply changes, and accessing important documentation all from your Private Area.
To carry out procedures online with i-DE, you will typically need your CUPS code, a contact email address, and your personal or company details.
Some specific procedures may require additional documentation, which will be indicated during the process.
