The 2020-2025 Business Plan maintains customer orientation as its main focus. The proposals included in the business plan for the next regulatory period aim to improve the customer experience, increase the services and functionalities offered and facilitate agile, simple and flexible communication, while offering an optimum quality of supply. All of this done in an efficient way, applying the best available practices and technologies.

STAR+ PROJECT: SMARTER GRIDS

To promote the digitalisation of the networks, completing the supervision and automation of medium voltage installations and extending it to the low voltage network.

TO IMPROVE QUALITY OF SUPPLY BY 30%

Thanks to the planned Investment Plan and the STAR+ Project, there will be improvements in all aspects of supply quality, quantifying our commitment to consumers by 2025:

  • Reduction in the number of supply interruptions by 10%.
  • Reduction in electrical power affected by incidents by 10%.
  • Reduction in the average duration of incidents by 20%.

EXCELLENCE IN OCCUPATIONAL RISK PREVENTION

Our goal is to achieve zero accidents resulting in sick leave, for which new preventive measures are continually being incorporated:

  • Strengthen the dynamics for setting up and monitoring the groups that analyse accidents, incidents and staff behaviour.
  • Development of new protective equipment and work clothes, their adaptation to the needs of the industry is a benchmark for all companies in the electricity sector and their contractors.
  • Innovation through incorporating Near Field Communication (NFC) technology.

GOAL: IMPROVE CONSUMER SATISFACTION

The technological transformation in the field of smart grids will allow us to offer a wide range of services to our consumers, as well as to improve the quality of the power supply, respond to the demand for electric power in the future and manage power distribution in the best way possible.
