If the application is being handled by an engineering firm, installation company, developer, seller or large customer, it can be managed through the GEA application (Manage connection orders). If you are installer and would like to register, you must fill in the installer registration form. An application associated with the need to modify the voltage level of a power supply point, based on the standardised levels pursuant to article 4.2 of the BT Electrotechnical Regulation. For example, in the case of housing or establishment renovations where the need to change to the established standard voltages of 1x230V single-phase, or 3x400/230V three-phase is evident (usually in homes or old premises where the voltages are 1x127V or 3x220/127V).
If the need for voltage change arises from the need to increase the power, for example, due to acquiring new receivers or appliances for which the power supply needs to be increased and this exceeds the minimum contractable in 1x230V single phase (15 kW), the application will be processed as a power increase.
