Scheduled work on the network

i-DE is continuously working on the network to improve the quality of service. This work involves having to cut off the power supply in order to carry out maintenance work and to make improvements to the various elements that make up the network (lines, transformer stations, substations, etc.). Scheduled work of this type is essential to improve the quality of service and to guarantee the safety of the installations.

Notice of scheduled power cuts will be given 24 hours in advance by means of bills indicating the planned power cut start and finish times in the doorways to the affected buildings.

Keep in mind that you can subscribe to our free service of notifications by email and SMS of incidents and programmed outages in our APP or in the clients area.
