Procedures and queries over the phone

Some of the queries or procedures that can be carried out include: dealing with power cuts, opening a supply file, enquiring about an inspection, giving a meter reading... To do so:

  • If the reason for your call is a power cut, you will be asked for the ID, Tax Code or resident’s permit number of the contract holder.
  • To enquire about a supply file, you will need to know the file number and first surname or company name of the file holder.
  • If you are calling to enquire about an inspection file, we will ask you for the number of the inspection file.
  • For meter readings, we will ask you for the ID, Tax Code or resident’s permit number of the contract holder.

For other requests, simply follow the steps indicated during the call.
